At Farmacy Beauty, we want you to love your farm-to-face skincare; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return, select a reason, and download your prepaid USPS shipping label.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our hive receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
